It seems temperatures in the 40s kept the crowds away.
"I just went in and bought another long sleeved T-shirt to put under my sweatshirt," a biker said. "I'm from Orlando, and I can't believe how cold it is for Bike Week."
Vendors said they have definitely noticed business is down.
"I was here two years ago, and it's definitely not as busy as it was two years ago," a vendor said.
One vendor decided to experiment this year with selling ice cream in waffles, and he has already concluded it was not such a good idea.
"I think it's too cold," he said. "Maybe it's the wrong food. I don't know."
Bike Week continues through next Sunday, and both the vendors and participants hope the weather warms up and the crowds increase.
